New Mexico 2013 Rural Forum Thoughts

Friday, August 9th, 2013

I was invited to give a keynote talk at the 2013 Rural Forum presented by the New Mexico Rural Alliance and New Mexico IDEA, Inc. The Forum was a great educational experience for attendees.
